Composite Building Structures, LTD

Building custom housing on an automotive style proprietary production line improves quality and lowers costs. CBS composite structural framing and panels are assembled on jigs for accuracy and straight, square, and plumb exterior and interior walls. Fastening uses stainless screws for 3,000 pounds uplift resistance. Building shells are disaster-resistant & conform to hurricane and seismic.
Process is licensed for assembly plants, jigs, tools, equipment, and turn-key training during set-up and start-up. Structural composites replace all wood parts and are precision cut when they are made. There is no further cutting during assembly or at the site. No scrap or waste in the process. Walls contain conduit, electric boxes, insulation, and all sheeting. Windows and doors are installed at the assembly plant before erection.
Assembly takes about 2 hours for every 1,000 square feet of building footprint. Erection takes about 3 hours for every 1,000 square feet of building footprint. Only tools required are 18-Volt battery operated screw guns for assembly and erection.
On a date certain a fully erected disaster-resistant building shell is delivered by CBS for builders to add interior amenities, decorate, and paint.
Composites are beyond green, sustainable, termite, and fire resistant.
