SOE-3 Secondary Orienter

New England Machinery's Model SOE-3 Secondary Orienter utilizes a simple mechanical method to orient containers. It easily installs over the customer's conveyor and offers quick and easy changeover
NEM engineers have recently designed new options for an orienter that will allow it to orient filled containers after exiting chillers and re-tighten loose caps. With its new technology, the orienter will allow production lines to correctly re-orient containers for packaging, and re-tighten caps loosened in the chiller process. According to CEO and President, Judith Nickse, “These new capabilities will solve two packaging problems at the same time in one machine. It re-tightens loosened caps and orients the containers for final packaging. This will help cut production costs and increase productivity. New England Machinery engineers realize that innovation is the key to the future of the packaging industry.”
